1. General Terms
By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders will be processed only after full or partial payment (as agreed upon) is received.
Custom orders require a minimum 50% advance payment, which is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be cleared before delivery.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and select financing options.
3. Product Information & Customization
Our furniture is handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, and grain patterns are natural.
Customization requests will be confirmed in writing, and any modifications post-confirmation may incur additional charges.
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe.
4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines vary based on stock availability and customization, ranging from 7–14 days for standard pieces and 4–6 weeks for custom orders.
Delivery charges may apply depending on the location and order size.
Customers must ensure easy access for delivery; additional costs may apply for difficult installations (e.g., no elevator access, narrow entryways).
Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges are only possible in case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and approval.
Any claims for defects must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Warranty & Repairs
Our products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies depending on the product.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, or natural variations in materials.
Repairs beyond the warranty period will be chargeable.
7. Bulk & Commercial Orders
Large-scale orders for hotels, offices, and commercial projects require a separate contract.
Lead times for bulk orders will be communicated during the purchase process.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as supplier issues, strikes, or natural disasters.
Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery; after acceptance, we are not liable for damages caused by mishandling or misuse.
9. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and branding elements used on our website and showroom are the intellectual property of our company and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.
We encourage customers to reach out for resolution before taking legal action.
